What is nugreen?
Nugreen is a company that recycles electronic waste, turning
discarded devices into reusable materials and valuable resources.
We focus on reducing environmental impact through sustainable
practices, including data security, ITAD and responsible
recycling.

What are the laws and regulations on e-waste disposal in my state?
The laws and regulations on e-waste disposal vary by state and
may change over time. Some states have mandatory e-waste recycling
programs that require consumers and businesses to recycle certain
types of electronics or pay a fee for disposal. Some have bans on
landfilling or incinerating e-waste or exporting it to other
countries. With this tool you can check the most current

What types of electronics can be recycled?
Almost any powered device can be given new life through
recycling. This includes both big and small devices, such as cell
phones, computers, monitors, TVs, printers, scanners, fax
machines, keyboards, mice, cables, batteries, chargers, etc. Click

How can I recycle my electronics safely and securely?
You can recycle your electronics safely and securely by choosing
a certified and reputable electronics recycling company that
follows the highest standards of environmental protection and data
destruction. Look for a company that is transparent about its

Does Nugreen have any certifications or accreditations?
Nugreen holds several key certifications such as R2v3, RIOS, and
GSA, ensuring we meet high standards in responsible recycling,
environmental management, and secure e-waste handling for
government contracts. We are constantly searching for new
certifications that speak to our process and help show that we
hold ourselves to the highest standards.

What waste management services do you offer?
We offer a completely customizable electronic recycling system.
This can be built as a package or ala carte. Including total
destruction, ITAD, serialization, data destruction, profit
sharing, logistics, and classified or prototype recycling. We are
prepared to meet almost any electronic recycling need that you may
have.

What do you do with the electronics that you recycle?
All items are assessed at our dock, weighed and tagged into our
system. From there material is sorted into, wholesale, ITAD,
de-manufacturing, or ready for processing. From there items are
processed through the appropriate channels and procedures. These
are very transparent steps and we are able to pull up your
material at any time based on where it is in our process.

How much do your services cost?
Most of our services are free, but there are services that
require us to spend more time or effort than normally, without
increasing the value of the product to us. In these situations, we
may pass some of the costs on to you. This will be discussed
up-front and we will be transparent throughout. Occasions that
could require an additional fee include: inventorying material,
destruction of all materials, additional reporting, or materials
that were unexpected or contaminated.

Can both businesses and individuals use your services?
Currently, we are not able to offer recycling services to
individual customers. As our journey continues, this policy may
change. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us.

Can you provide a certificate of recycling for my records?
We are by appointment only. Please contact your Nugreen metals
team member to schedule an appointment.

Where can I drop off my electronics for recycling?
We do offer pick up, fees may occur depending on location and the
amount of material. To schedule pickup services, we typically
require a minimum quantity of twenty five thousand pounds (20,000
lbs) per load.
